Welcome to another week at CASEing the Catty Sunday Blog Hop, where utilise the projects within the current Stampin' Up! catalogue to inspire our own projects each week. We also invite you to join with us in the challenge each week by using this inspiration in your own creations and uploading a photo to our Facebook page.

This week we are taking inspiration from the very pretty colours of the Easter Joy DSP. These are Lemon Lolly, Pretty in Pink, Peach Pie, Balmy Blue, Shy Shamrock, and Crumb Cake.

As usual when doing a colour challenge I got out my ink pads and thought about how the colours could work together. I have to say when there is a green and colours that would work for flowers I do reach for my floral stamp sets. So it was easy to pick Lovely Arrangements set. I was left wondering how I could incorporate Balmy Blue and Crumb Cake, then realised the coordinating dies would let me include them as the card base and some peep through elements. From there the card came together really easily, even the sentiment embossed in white on a strip of Balmy Blue. I love how this turned out and can't wait to pop it in the post to a special someone.
I hope you are inspired to join in the challenge this week, just use the colours of the Easter Joy DSP to inspire your creativity, then post a picture of your project to the CTC Facebook page.
Time to hop on over and see what Julia has created this week.
Happy Stamping
