CTC #580 - CASE A Quick & Easy Card

Welcome to another week at CASEing the Catty Sunday Blog Hop, where utilise the projects within the current Stampin' Up! catalogue to inspire our own projects each week. We also invite you to join with us in the challenge each week by using this inspiration in your own creations and uploading a photo to our Facebook page.

This week we are taking inspiration from the Quick & Easy projects on page 12 and 13, you can also follow the QR code in the image above or on page 13 of the catalogue to find stacks of templates to inspire you.

I was inspired by this card from page 13 of the catalogue, I loved the simplicity of this layout, and it is a challenge for me to leave so much clear space on a card. 

I used DSP from the Delicate Dreams Pack, using the "b side" of one of the sheets as I thought it would be nice and simple for this layout.  I cut these with Perennial Postage dies and in hindsight I could have added some depth by mounting these on cardstock and adding Dimensionals behind them. However for a quick and easy card I skipped the added steps.  I used one of the sentiments from Paradise Garden stamp set and Hydrangea Hue embellishments from 2026-2028 In Color Dots to complete this card. This would be great for beginner stampers, or for anyone who wanted to make a quick and easy card.
